Robert Frost Students Show Their Drive to Help

National Junior Honor Society members at Deer Park middle school create Thanksgiving baskets for needy families.

Members of the National Junior Honor Society at Deer Park’s Robert Frost Middle School participated in their annual Thanksgiving food drive, preparing 22 baskets to be given to needy families in the community.

After collecting donations from other students, including turkey, stuffing and canned vegetables, the NJHS students gathered after school on Nov. 20 to sort the items and create the baskets.
