Town Of Babylon's 'Run For The Warriors 5K' To Return In Nov.
Proceeds from the race will support combat wounded service members, their families, and families of those killed in action.
BABYLON, NY — After a two-year physical hiatus, a beloved Babylon event will be in person once more.
The Run For The Warriors 5K will return to the Town of Babylon on Sunday, Nov. 6 at Belmont Lake State Park.
The race will benefit Hope For The Warriors, a national nonprofit organization that provides assistance to combat wounded service members, their families, and families of those killed in action.

According to its website, the organization focuses on those involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and their families.
The opening ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m.
