Ditmas Park Budgetary Issues to be Addressed at Monday Meetings
CB 14, Rhoda Jacobs to meet with the community to discuss finances.

Ditmas Park's finances will be the topic of many a gathering Mon., Sept 10., as two public meetings are being held to discuss the community's financial matters.
At 7:15 p.m. at Edward R. Murrow High School at East 17 St. and Ave. L, Community Board 14 will hold a public hearing "with respect to the city's capital and expense budgets for fiscal year," according to the Board's Sept. 2012 Calendar.

The Board's regular monthly meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m., where reports and items will be shared by committees including: human services; youth services; public safety; community environment; education, library and cultural affairs; and transportation.
At the same time, Assemblywoman Rhoda Jacobs, D-Ditmas Park, to discuss with the community how to spend state funds alotted to the community.

"I need your input and guidance on how our community can benefit from state
capital and 'multi-modal' funding for our local organizations and for
street-level transportation improvements," Jacobs said in a statement.
The forum will take place at 7 p.m. at P.S. 152 at 725 East 23 St. between Campus and Glenwood Roads. The entrance is on East 23 St.
