Also at 8 p.m. tonight, this class taught by Roopa is an upbeat way to get in shape. The class is held at the Third Root Community Health Center at 380 Marlborough Road and is free!
At, you guessed it, 8 p.m. tonight, teens and adults will learn how to dance the salsa from the young local master Adriel Flete, also known as the Mambo Kid.
Classes are held every Monday and come with a monthly fee of $65. Head to 1609 Cortelyou Road to dance the night away.
Beginning at 8:20 p.m., yoga students of all levels are welcome to attend this open level mixed yoga class, which focuses on the Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow methods.
