La Crepe et La Vie, the Foster Avenue crepe shop between E. 17th St. and E. 18th St. has gotten through nearly all of the steps toward opening.
The owner said that he has received all of the needed city permits, and is just waiting for his application for insurance to begin before he can begin serving.
