Morning Tip: Kevin Bacon Series Films on East 17

Residents that normally park on East 17 Street between Ditmas Ave. and Dorchester Rd. should making plans to look elsewhere Monday, Aug. 27 due to filming of an upcoming Kevin Bacon television series. 

There is also no parking between Dorchester and Cortelyou Roads, as well as along Dorchester Road, where the show is also filming.

"The Following" is a new thriller from creator and executive producer Kevin Williamson, known for "Dawsons Creek" and "The Vampire Diaries." 

The new show, premiering this fall on Fox, features Bacon as former FBI ageny Ryan Hardy, who is called upon by the FBI to catch a notorious serial killer who escaped from death row and embarked on a new killing spree. 

The show previously filmed on Argyle Rd. between Albermarle Rd. and Church Ave. earlier this month.
