MTA Schedules Service Changes for Q, B Lines

If your stop on the Q line is a local one, you might have to rethink your commute from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., as Coney Island-bound trains will run express from Prospect Park to Sheepshead Bay until Oct. 5. 

For the same amount of time, 145 St-bound B trains will run local from Sheepshead Bay to Prospect Park from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. 

Q trains will stop at Church Ave., Newkirk Plaza and Kings Highway. 

For service to Parkside Ave., Beverley, Cortelyou Rds., Avenue H, Avenue J, Avenue M, Avenue U and Neck Rd., take the Q train to Church Ave., Newkirk Plaza, Kings Highway. or Sheepshead Bay, and transfer to a Manhattan-bound train. 

Or, for service from these stations, that the train to Kings Highway, Newkirk Plaza, Church Ave. or Prospect Park and transfer to a Coney Island-bound train.
