The three-block commercial strip around the Avenue H subway station has lost one of its three laundromats. What remains are three bodegas, Salud, the health food-Mexican cafe, Midwood Martial Arts, a fitness/dance studio, a Chinese restaurant and a pizza place. (Plus the community board office.)
One local mom fantasized about having a Coffee Mob/Milk and Honey-style Café open in the space.
I would be glad to see a produce store in that spot.
