NYC City Hall Shooting: Man Kills Himself In Car, NYPD Says
The man shot himself in a parked car on Monday morning, police said.

DOWNTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A man shot himself in the head on Monday morning in a parked car near City Hall, police said.
The man, who police have not identified, was pronounced dead shortly after the shooting.
An NYPD spokesman said the man drove his car to the east gate of City Hall, near Park Row and Spruce Street, where he shot himself with a shotgun. The shooting happened at about 7:30 a.m., police said.

No one else was injured, police said.
All Manhattan-bound lanes of the Brooklyn Bridge were temporarily closed on Monday morning while police continued to investigate the area. The bridge was re-opened as of 9 a.m.
