Classical Duo Lights Up Sixth Avenue Subway Underpass

Sarai Minott and Sitoë Thiam, both 19, lit up the normally dreary and stuffy subway underpass at Sixth Avenue and 14th Street with their angelic classical harmonies. The two women have been singing together for years, going back to when they were in middle school at Dalton Prep School on the Upper East Side. Minott is going into her freshman year of college after a gap year, and Thiam is going into her sophomore year at Harvey Mudd College.
