Cyclist Struck By Cab Driver Near Hudson River Greenway: NYPD
The man was thrown from his bike by a Cadillac and rushed to Lower Manhattan Hospital Friday, officials said.

TRIBECA, NY — The driver of a livery car plowed into a cyclist and sent the man flying Friday morning, police said.
The cyclist was pedaling in Tribeca along West Street near Chambers Street just before 9 a.m. when a Cadillac Escalade turned into the intersection and struck the biker, authorities said.
Medics rushed to the scene and transported the victim to Lower Manhattan Hospital. The driver stayed on the scene and a police investigation is ongoing, officials said.

In 2016, a biker rolling along the Hudson River Greenway was struck and killed in a hit-and-run accident at the Chambers Street intersection.
