FOLEY SQUARE, NY — NYC public advocate Letitia James plans to lead a protest against President Donald Trump's planned border wall on Tuesday.
James has organized the protest at Foley Square in lower Manhattan. The action is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. on Tuesday.
