Police Fine Joker Who Covered FIDI's Charging Bull With Sex Toys

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — This brings new meaning to the title Vlad the Impaler.
The man who stuck dozens of dildos onto the Financial District's "Charging Bull" sculpture and scaled the bull shirtless in a Vladimir Putin mask was slapped with $100 fine for his cock and bull antics.
Former D.C. restaurateur and amateur Trump-Russia investigator Jeff Jetton turned himself into the NYPD's 1st Precinct in Tribeca after he received a summons for the July 17 prank.

Jetton used more than 100 silicon sex toys that was meant as a statement against the controversial Helsinki summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.
“Anybody who tells you sex toys aren’t good tools of resistance has never had a bag of dicks and a little bit of ingenuity,” Jetton told the Huffington Post.

The ticket reads, "I observed approximately 40 sex toys affixed to a statue under the jurisdiction of parks department. Defendant stated to me that he affixed sex toys to statue."
