Police Seek Man in Connection With Verbal Dispute in Lower East Side, Slashing in Brooklyn
The two got into a verbal dispute at the Delancey and Essex streets subway station, one throwing the other's phone.

The cops are looking for a man in connection with a verbal argument and boxcutter slashing on July 3. The man cops are seeking got into an argument with another man in the Delancey and Essex streets subway station at around 6:30 p.m., threw the man's cell phone, followed him into the southbound "M" train train and slashed him in the left cheek with a boxcutter at the Myrtle Avenue subway station, the NYPD said.
The victim, a 45-year-old man, was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. The cops described the man they're seeking as male, black and approximately 29 years old.
