Woman Groped At Fulton Street Subway Station, Police Say

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — A woman was groped in December while standing on the train platform inside the Fulton Street subway station, police said.

Authorities say a man groped the woman on Dec. 12 at about 10 p.m. The woman, 21, was standing on the platform waiting for a southbound 5 train when the man came up from behind her and grabbed her butt, the NYPD said.

Police are searching for the man, who they believe to be about 50 years old, and released a photo of him on Thursday to ask for the public's help identifying him.
