1 Hospitalized in East Islip Rollover Crash: PD
A woman hit a parked car and overturned her vehicle at around 3 a.m. on Friday in East Islip, Suffolk County Police say.
ISLIP, NY — A woman was hospitalized after overturning her vehicle in a car crash early Friday morning, Suffolk County Police told Patch.
An adult female was driving a 2010 Cadillac eastbound on Moffitt Boulevard in East Islip when she veered off the roadway, hit a parked car and overturned her vehicle onto its side, police said.
According to the Islip Fire Department, the driver removed herself from the vehicle by climbing out of the back of the car before firefighters arrived at the scene.

She was transported to South Shore University Hospital by the Exchange Ambulance of the Islips for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, Islip FD said. No other injuries were reported.
