4 People Wanted For Damaging Window In Dowling College Building: Cops

Police are seeking the public's help to identify and locate the individuals who damaged the property.

OAKDALE, NY — Four people who damaged the former Dowling College campus in Oakdale last week are currently sought after by Suffolk County Police.

On July 30 at about 11:30 p.m., four people damaged a window and entered a vacant building located at 150 Idle Hour Blvd.

The property has been a popular site of vandalism in recent months. In June, four teenagers were arrested and received charges of criminal trespass and burglary.

In March, an 18-year-old confessed to throwing a rock at a building's window, as part of a social media trend.

Two men are still wanted for trespassing the property on April 6. Others are wanted for spraying graffiti on a building's walls.
