$50K Powerball Ticket Sold In East Islip: NY Lottery
The ticket was 1 of 22 third-prize winners, from the historic Powerball drawing, New York Lottery says.
EAST ISLIP, NY — One lucky East Islip customer won a partial prize in the historic New York Powerball drawing, the New York Lottery announced on Tuesday.
The third-prize ticket — which is worth $50,000 — was sold at East Islip Card & Gift in East Islip, the Lottery said.
It was one of 22 third-place winning tickets sold in New York State for Monday's drawing.

The winning numbers for the Monday's drawing are: 10-33-41-47-56, and the Powerball is 10.
The multiplier for this drawing is 3, which means that one winner's prize tripled to $150,000.

Players can securely check their tickets on the New York Lottery app. The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. T
he Powerball number is drawn from a separate field one to of 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m.
Monday's first-prize ticket, which topped out at more than $2 billion, was sold in California.
