$50K Powerball Ticket Sold At Oakdale Store: New York Lottery
The winning ticket was drawn for Monday's game.
OAKDALE, NY — While Long Island has a rainy forecast this week, one lucky customer woke up with a wallet of sunshine.
The New York Lottery announced that a $50,000 winning ticket was purchased at Oakdale Smoke Shop, located at 1316 Montauk Hwy in Oakdale.
The ticket was part of Monday's Powerball drawing.

Its winning numbers are: 05-08-09-17-41 and the Powerball is 21.
The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.

The ticket was one out of nine winning tickets for Monday's game. They were also sold in Manhattan, Fair Port, Lake Placid, Loudonville, Wantagh, and Staten Island, the New York Lottery said.
