East Islip Home Goes Ablaze In Multi-Alarm Fire: Police
The fire occurred on Saturday, officials say.
EAST ISLIP, NY — A fire that broke out at an East Islip residence on Saturday is currently under investigation, Suffolk County police said
At about 7:19 p.m., the East Islip Fire Department was alerted of a working structure fire at a Country Village Lane home.
In addition to Suffolk County Police's Arson Section Detectives, the Islip Fire Department also provided mutual aid, a social media post said.

"The crew made entry to the building, helped control and contain the fire in the main fire room" and operated for more than an hour, the post said.
No one was injured, police said.
