EAST ISLIP, NY — A Long-Island based taco restaurant is coming to East Islip.

Shrimpy's Burrito Bar, which serves a variety of Mexican-based food such as burritos, tacos, quesadillas an an avocado bar, will soon open a location in East Islip, co-owner Ryan DiPaola told Patch.

The business currently has two locations in Huntington and Massapequa.
