“I am honored to be a part of this incredible project with both historic and aesthetic importance,” Christopher Burnside, Associate Broker, Brown Harris Stevens said. “From its renowned developers and architects, to its storied provenance, the project is already generating enormous attention and we are overwhelmed by interest in these incredible residential properties.”
The project’s developer is David Walentas, Founder of Two Trees Management Company, and for three of the initial four houses, the architect is Fleetwood and McMullan, while Eric Woodard will be the architect for the fourth house, according to Brown Harris Stevens.

Each of the country estate homes will feature a grand formal living room with a large central masonry fireplace and French doors that lead to outdoor terraces surrounded by countryside views. Additional amenities include an elevator, finished lower level, attached, heated three-car garage, 50’ heated pool, spa, pool house and tennis court.
Of the 12 properties, 11 of them range from 1.8 acres to more than three acres of property, and one parcel offers 9.7 acres of open space and bucolic farm views. All 12 homes are facing the iconic horse farm, paddocks and stables.
A launch event was held on Friday at 4 Two Trees Lane, the first of the homes to be completed by Fleetwood and McMullan.
Guests of the event included David Walentas, Joe Farrell, Bill Corwith and the exclusive listing agent Christopher Burnside of Brown Harris Stevens.
The six bedroom, 11,000 square foot home is going for $8,995,000.
