Body of Missing Coram Woman Found in Montauk

Police found a woman’s body in a car parked in a public lot on Old Montauk Highway opposite Washington Drive on Monday afternoon after receiving a call from two guests at the nearby Surfside Inn at around 3 p.m., East Hampton Town Police said. 

The woman was identified as Nikole Doering, 37, of Coram, police said. She had been reported missing by her family to Suffolk police on Sunday.

The two guests from the Surfside Inn were interviewed by police and checked out of the motel Tuesday morning.
