Celebrate Mardi Gras, New Orleans Style
Highway Diner is serving up specials on Fat Tuesday.
You may not be celebrating Mardi Gras at the Carnival in New Orleans, but that's doesn't mean you can't celebrate.
Highway Diner & Bar in Wainscott is having a Fat Tuesday celebration. Chef Robert Gurvich, a New Orleans native, is cooking up specials including Jambalaya, Shrimp and Grits, Red Beans and Rice, and Etoufee. Happy Hour prices on drinks all day. They'll even hand out beads, masks and all the celebratory fixings.
You just have to bring the party.
