Here are the top stories today in East Hampton:

  1. β€œKiki,” as her grandchildren call her, is "the matriarch of the Hilton clan." Kathy Hilton has been a Hampton lover since 1978. Being a Hilton, high on her list is "looking and feeling good." The socialite shares some of her go-to summer staples. (New York Post)
  2. To Ali Wentworth and her husband George Stephanopoulos, the Hamptons are home and have been for 20 years. Wentworth shares places where she can spend afternoons, including the bookstore where she will read from her new book, β€œAli’s Well That Ends Well: Tales of Desperation and a Little Inspiration.” (New York Post)
  3. The NY state Cannabis Control Board granted conditional cultivator licenses to two more East End farms; Oregon Road Organics in Cutchogue and WJF Farms in Peconic and Bridgehampton Loam LLC. In total, seven Long Island farms have been granted conditional licenses. (Dan's Papers)
  4. ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease is a neurodegenerative disease that results in the progressive loss of motor neurons that control voluntary muscles β€” with no cure. I know this first-hand; my sister-in-law has ALS and has lost all ability in her legs and hands. Join the fight as "ALS patients and their families raise awareness with ALS Ride For Life." Please donate today! (News 12 Brooklyn)
