Here are the top stories today in East Hampton:

  1. According to a source familiar with the deal, KSL Capital Partners bought the 96-key Marram in Montauk for $78.5 million, or $820,000 per key, from Bridgeton Holdings. The resort at 21 Oceanview Terrace was listed along with the 25-key Journey East Hampton at 490 Pantigo Road late last year. According to a source, the Journey East Hampton was later taken off the market. (Subscription: The Real Deal)
  2. Reconstruction plans to alter the John Drew Theater has been put on hold by Guild Hall's leadership while they "consider public concerns about the space's historic character." (Subscription: East Hampton Star)

  4. Lt. Susan Ralph, of the Southampton Police said, Kelvin F. Mayen-Vasquez, 19, of Quiogue, was arrested after an investigation into allegations showed that he had "repeated intercourse" with an 11-year-old female victim, Ralph said. Mayen is being held in the Suffolk County Jail on numerous charges. (Patch)
