1. Months after picking up the waterfront property at 442 Further Lane in East Hampton, ex-Peloton CEO, John Foley, and his wife, are quietly marketing their estate. Stocks for the pandemic darling, Peloton, have dropped significantly since gyms have reopened affecting Foley's bottom line. If you are in the market for an estate in the Hamptons, it just might be a good time to make them an offer. (The Real Deal)
2. A complaint brought by Citizens for the Preservation of Wainscott against the East Hampton Town Board and developers of the South Fork Wind farm has been dismissed. (Subscription: East Hampton Star)
3. If home improvement is on your to-do list, then visiting Dan’s Papers Home & Garden Show, should also be on that list! The event will be held April 23 and 24 at Stony Brook University at Southampton. 4. A collection drive for the people of Ukraine is being held this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Westhampton Beach Fire Department, located at 92 Sunset Ave., Westhampton Beach. Items needed include new or lightly used clothing, personal hygiene items, diapers, toiletries, and first aid medical supplies. Everything collected that day will be handed over to the St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Riverhead, which will arrange for transport to Ukraine. (Patch)
