Here are the top stories today in East Hampton:

  1. The Southampton Press reported several schools in the area called a snow day for Monday as residents were still busy digging out from the blizzard that dropped more than a foot of snow on the area Saturday. "Both the East Hampton School District and Springs School, as well as Southampton School District announced they would be closed on Monday. The East Quogue, Bridgehampton, and Sag Harbor school districts will have a two-hour delay," said the Southampton Press. (Subscription: Southampton Press)
