The Southampton Town Police have arrested an Aquebogue resident for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest and multiple traffic infractions.
On Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at about 11:48 pm, on Townsend Ave, in Flanders, Willie Kadeem Joevonne Turner, age 22, was observed operating an off-road motorcycle without a helmet or headlights on Flanders Road in Flanders. Turner led the police on a short pursuit and then got off his bike and fled on foot. Police gave pursuit and apprehended Turner.
He was transported to police headquarters, processed and held for morning arraignment.
