In East Hampton Town, it's a unique opportunity to find a commercial kitchen without a restaurant. 

This one-of-a-kind property at 283 Pantigo Road, also part of Montauk Highway, in East Hampton has hit the real estate market. 

The former Food & Co. property is for sale for $1.595 million, according to Town & Country Real Estate.

"Perfect for a private chef, catering company, retail specialty food store with all goods made on premises, or a NYC based food business with a Hamptons outpost – just to name a few," Hal Zwick, the listing agent, said in a statement on Wednesday. 

The building offers about 1,000 square feet of newly renovated space, and sits on about a half-acre.

The Millers' BBQ opened there last summer. According to Zwick, the BBQ take-out is still located there.
