'Solidarity Under The Stars' Planned To Unite East Hampton For Israel

A survivor of the Nova music festival attack and a woman who lost her fiance will speak during the night of "heartfelt stories and song."

EAST HAMPTON, NY — The community will come together in East Hampton next month in support of Israel.

"Solidarity Under the Stars," a night of heartfelt music and stories in the Hamptons for Israel, is slated for Thursday, July 11, at 7:30 p.m. at the Chabad of the Hamptons, located at 13 Woods Lane

At the event, Israeli model and fashion influencer Jessica Elter will share the story of her fiancé, Ben Shimoni, who heroically saved lives during the tragic terrorist attack at the Nova music festival.

"Jessica, who was on the phone with him during his final moments, continues to honor his memory by spreading his inspiring story of love and courage," event organizers said.

Survivor of the Nova music festival attack Yael Arviv will also recount her harrowing experience of escaping capture during the terrorist violence.

"Her narrative of bravery and resilience offers a firsthand perspective on surviving adversity and finding hope amidst chaos," organizers said.

In addition, renowned Israeli artist and musician Avi Perets "will enchant the audience with his soulful voice and emotive performances. With a career spanning continents and genres, Avi's music resonates deeply," a release said.

Based in Brooklyn, New York, Eli Levin brings his music to audiences worldwide and will bring his talents to the East Hampton stage on July 11.

The event will take place outside on a lawn under the stars; the evening will feature "an impressive stage production with LED video walls and skyscraper lights, symbolizing hope and solidarity," organizers said.

An open bar with unlimited top-shelf alcohol will also be available. The event will also include Q & As with Elter and Arviv.
