Springs School Budget Work Session Rescheduled

The Springs School Board is holding its fourth and final budget work session on Monday. 

Principal Eric Casale will review the district's goals for the 2013-14 budget, and business official Tom Primiano will take the board and the community through the three major components of the budget: Administration, Capital and Program, according to a letter from the school board. 

Primiano will then review the total budget, the major budget impacts, the tax levy calculation, the contribution of fund balance, and the estimated tax rate.  

The Board of Education is scheduled to adopt the budget at the end of the meeting.

Monday's meeting starts at 7:30 p.m., and will be held in the commons room.
