UPDATE: East Meadow Man Missing
Nassau Police issued a Silver Alert for 74-year-old man missing since Friday night.
Update: Aug. 12 at 3:08 p.m.
According to Nassau County Police, Shahid Husain has been located.

An East Meadow man last seen at 2095 Nottingham Road in East Meadow has been missing since late Friday night, according to Nassau County Police.

A Silver Alert has been issued for 74-year-old Shahid Husain, who was then wearing a light blue long-sleeved shirt, slippers and a brown robe. He is believed to have been traveling on foot.
Husain is described as being 5'7" tall and weighing 160 pounds with grey hair and dark eyes.
The Silver Alert Program has been established in order to disseminate immediate information to local media, hospitals and other organizations when a senior citizen or other individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other cognitive disorders goes missing.
