Kiwanis Meeting, Book Discussion Tuesday

East Meadow Kiwanis Meeting: East Meadow Kiwanis will meet at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at Borrelli's, 1580 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow. Representatives from two national charities will be there to receive donations from proceeds of the club's recent annual golf outing fundraiser. Author/Book Discussion: There will be a book discussion Tuesday with Domenica Ruta, author of With Or Without You, at 1 p.m. at the East Meadow Public Library. Ruta's novel is the story of Domenica’s unconventional coming of age.
