Meditation Class, Concert in the Park Wednesday

Here's a rundown of what it happening in East Meadow today and on East Meadow Patch:

Concert in the Park: 
Randy and The Rainbows will perform a free noontime concert on Wednesday at Eisenhower Park. For more information, click here.

Meditation Class: A class of Falun Dafa, similar to Tai Chi in some respects, kicks off Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the East Meadow Public Library. Falun Dafa is five sets of easy-to-learn gentle movements and meditation. No registration needed. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Free Bowling: 
Kids can bowl two free games everyday this summer at East Meadow's AMF Lanes. Register online for the Summer Unplugged program and redeem two free games each day from open until 8 p.m. AMF East Meadow is located at 1840 Front St. Call for lane availability and reservations, 794-1111.

Local Artist in the Spotlight
: East Meadow artist Alix Pierre will have his paintings featured in Agora Gallery's Chelsea International Fine Art Competition Exhibition in August. Read more about it later today on East Meadow Patch.
