Multiple East Meadow Shoplifters Arrested: Nassau Police

EAST MEADOW, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in East Meadow for the week ending Nov. 17.

• A catalytic converter was stolen from a car parked at the Northwell Health Ice Center on Merrick Avenue on Oct. 21.
• A 39-year-old man from Hempstead was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with shoplifting from Walgreens on Hempstead Turnpike.
• A 32-year-old woman from Levittown was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with shoplifting from Walmart on Hempstead Turnpike.
• A 50-year-old man from Amityivlle was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with shoplifting from Walmart on Hempstead Turnpike.
