Shoplifters Arrested At East Meadow Store: Police

EAST MEADOW, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in East Meadow for the week ending Feb. 23.

  • A man stole items from a car parked on Ava Drive on Feb. 20.
  • A 65-year-old man from Uniondale was arrested on Feb. 17 and charged with shoplifting from Walmart on Hempstead Turnpike.
  • A 51-year-old woman from Levittown was arrested on Feb. 19 and charged with shoplifting from Walmart on Hempstead Turnpike.
