2-Month-Old-Baby Choked To Death On LI: Police
He is charged with second-degree murder, police announced.

INWOOD, NY — An Inwood man has been charged with murder for the death of a two-month-old girl, Nassau police said.
On the morning of March 7, officers responded to an Inwood residence where the baby was choking; she died at a hospital from her injuries, police said.
An investigation revealed the infant was the victim of an assault that caused her death, police said.

On Wednesday, March 12, Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin, 20, was arrested and charged with
second-degree murder, police said.
Rabanales-Pretzantzin was expected to be arraigned on Thursday.
