  1. Jerry Barmash reports that four people are accused of robbing a T-Mobile store in Valley Stream. Three females and one male pulled iPhones and Apple watches from the store at 348 West Sunrise Highway around 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. (Patch)
  2. It's almost ice skating season. NY Metro Parents list the top 16 rinks on Long Island. Grant Park Rink at 1625 Broadway in Hewlett is an outdoor rink that opens in November. (NY Metro Parents)
  3. Patch has details on a fatal pedestrian incident in Uniondale. An 83-year-old man was driving a 2010 GMC west on Jerusalem Avenue, near Edgemere Avenue, at 11:23 p.m. when he hit a 72-year-old man who died at the scene. (Patch)
