- Alex Costello reports that Nassau County police are investigating the murder of a man found in Uniondale Wednesday night. A man was found lying in the road at the intersection of Alexander Avenue and Lee Road at 8:50 p.m. (Patch)
- Mount Sinai South Nassau hospital in Oceanside has been approved for breast and lung cancer treatments and is seeking patients to enroll in clinical studies. (Subscription: Newsday)
- Gov. Kathy Hochul reaffirmed her support of Israel in a virtual speech to the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York on Wednesday. (Jewish Telegraphic Agency)
