Tipped Crane Closes Parts Of 46th Ave In Flushing: NYPD
No injuries were reported, but officers closed 46th Ave between 161st and 162nd Street to clean up the mess, an NYPD spokesman said.

FLUSHING, QUEENS -- Police shut down parts of 46th Avenue in Flushing after a truck carrying a crane tipped over onto the road Wednesday, landing partially on the sidewalk atop nearby Porta-Potties.
A man driving the crane overturned the truck while turning down 162nd Street just after 11 a.m., police told Patch.
No injuries were reported from the incident, but 46th Avenue was closed off between 161st and 162nd streets while police officers and firefighters worked to clean up the mess, an NYPD spokesman said.

Cops are still investigating what caused the truck to flip, the spokesman said.
