FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Forest Hills Stadium is donating the net proceeds from its online merchandise shop to Queens Community House's meal delivery program for local seniors.
During the month of May, profits from the stadium's online apparel and merchandise store will benefit the nonprofit's home-delivered meals program for seniors who need help during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond, according to a news release.
Queens Community House, which formed in 1975 as Forest Hills Community House, offers a range of social services for older adults living throughout the borough.
