KEW GARDENS, QUEENS — Queens residents have a chance to deck the halls of Queens Borough Hall this holiday season.
Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. is hosting a trio of free holiday events at Queens Borough Hall: a Christmas tree lighting and family movie night on Dec. 17th, followed by a Kwanzaa celebration on Dec. 29th. The tree lighting was initially slated for Dec. 8th, but it got postponed due to rain and snow forecasts.
All of the events are free, but require registration as well as proof of ID and vaccination — save from the tree lighting, which takes place outside of Queens Borough Hall at 120-55 Queens Boulevard.
