Man Rides Off With $11K Bike From Forest Hills Shop: Police
The man told a store worker in Trek Bicycle Forest Hills that he wanted to take the bike for a test ride, but never returned.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A man rode off with a bicycle worth more than $11,000 after telling workers in a Forest Hills bike shop that he wanted to take it for a test ride, according to police.
The man walked into Trek Bicycle on 70th Road near Queens Boulevard the evening of Oct. 26, posing as a customer, a police spokesperson said.
He left to take the store's Trek Domane SLRQ bicycle for a spin, then never came back.

The NYPD's 112th Precinct released surveillance images Tuesday of the thief, who is still at large.
