FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A concurrent medical issue and signal problem prompted delays and train changes for Forest Hills commuters Monday morning, the MTA announced.

The medical issue happened at about 9:45 a.m. near the 67th Avenue subway station in Forest Hills, prompting delays between the Forest Hills-71st Avenue subway station and Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue station, the transit agency tweeted.

Shortly after, at about 10 a.m., the MTA announced that Manhattan-bound E and F trains are running on the local track between those same stations, as the transit agency addresses a switch problem in Jackson Heights.
