Men Rob Cell Phone, Backpack From 69-Year-Old Man In Rego Park: NYPD
Two men attacked the 69-year-old in front of 61-111 Fitchett St., near 63rd Drive, Thursday, police said.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Police are looking for the three men that robbed a cell phone, a wallet and a backpack from a man in Rego Park Thursday, the NYPD said.
Two men walked up to the 69-year-old man in front of 61-111 Fitchett St., near 63rd Drive, and punched him several times in the face before taking his items on May 25 about 3:40 a.m., authorities said.
The men took his iPhone 14, a wallet with several credit cards and a backpack before fleeing in a vehicle with a third person behind the wheel, cops said.

The 69-year-old man was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Elmhurst in stable condition, police said.
Less than an hour after the robbery, the men tried to use the stolen credit cards to make a purchase at a smoke shop in The Bronx, the NYPD said.

Authorities released images of the men on Friday, who were last seen wearing black clothing and black masks. The vehicle they used is described as a red minivan, cops said.
