Work will be displayed at the organization's Forest Hills, Kew Gardens and Pomonok sites.

Forest Hills’ Queens Community House will host a permanent exhibit of work from local artists at three of its sites beginning in September.

Krista Saunders, a spokeswoman for ArtConnects New York, said the group would kick off its display at the Community House’s Forest Hills, Kew Gardens and Pomonok sites on Sept. 20.

ArtConnects is an organization dedicated to placing contemporary art in social service agencies across the five boroughs.

“They are all New York City based emerging artists,” she said of the work in the exhibition. “They do not have gallery representation, so they have donated their work to us.”

The mural by German artist Markus Linnenbrink depicted in the photo on the right is one of the pieces that will be at the Forest Hills site, located at 108-25 62nd Dr., during the debut next month.
