FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — More than two weeks after a woman was robbed as she exited a Forest Hills subway station, the NYPD is still searching for the man responsible.

The robbery unfolded as the 24-year-old woman was leaving the 75th Avenue E/F subway station about 4:20 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 20, according to the police.

A man approached her and grabbed her purse, which was full of jewelry and credit cards and worth about $5,000, police said.

NYPD investigators found the man tried to use one of her credit cards later that morning at a GameStop store on East 14th Street in Manhattan.

Police released surveillance images of the suspect Monday in an effort to identify him.
