5-Year-Old Boy Dies Inside Fort Greene Home, Police Say
Oshane Rose Jr., 5, died in his St. Felix Street home on Tuesday night, police said.

FORT GREENE, NY — A 5-year-old boy died inside his St. Felix Street home on Tuesday night, police said.
Officers responded to the St. Felix Street apartment at about 11:55 p.m. where they found Oshane Rose Jr. unconscious and unresponsive, the NYPD said.
The boy had no obvious signs of trauma and he was taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Rose Jr. was asthmatic and his death may have been caused by an asthma attack, the New York Daily News reported.
