Fort Greene-Clinton Hill Week In Review

With last Friday's historic vote legalizing same-sex marriage, Gay Pride takes on a whole new meaning.

It's not every week that history is made.

After years of court battles and legislative wrangling, same-sex marriage became the law in the Empire State after a close . 

In 28 days, hundreds of gay couples will head to the Marriage Bureau on Joralemon Street in downtown Brooklyn, waiting to become one of the first LGBT New Yorkers to get hitched.
